We inspect from interior and exterior each visit looking for attempted break-ins, water penetration, pest damage. We also physically confirm everything is still locked and secure
Floors, Ceilings and Walls
We check every interior surface of the home for damage from water, pests, mold and mildew. We also pay attention to structural problems, cracks, warping, paint, grout, and caulking failures.
Appliances and Electronics
Check all appliances including Refrigerators, Freezers, Dishwashers, Washer, Dryer for leaks, damage and confirm they are all are in working order. Home Automation, Thermostat/Humidistat, Cameras, Sensors can also be checked.
Power and Plumbing
Each visit we check to make sure all breakers are sound and in correct positions. We check and flush all plumbing including Faucets, Drain Sweeps, Toilets, Bidet, Tub, Saunas, Showers keeping seals working and order free.
Boats, Automobiles, and Other
We can start, run, and dive any and all your vehicles to keep them in good working condition and maintain batteries. We also accept vehicle deliveries or pick-up and deliver.
Home Safety
We will test Smoke Detectors, CO Detector, Fire Extinguishers, Security Alarms, Exterior Light Sensors, Evening Landscape Lighting timers to have the home ready for an emergency and to help deter unwanted visitors.

In 2008 Fred bought a house in Sarasota but still wanted to summer in New England. How can he leave is house for 4 months? Fred needed to find a home watcher. He had to figure this out every season. He just wanted a company that could deal with anything that happened. He didnt think is should be difficult. He was wrong. After 5 seasons he decided to live in Sarasota year round. One Day an neighbor asked to recommend a home watch company. Fred could not. That is when he had an idea. Start the home watch company he could never find. Homeminder Services was born!
