We recommend weekly visits for single-family homes and bi-weekly visits for villas and condos because they have less exposure to exterior problems.  However, the frequency of service is your choice.

When we have severe storms, power outages in your area, etc., we will make an extra visit at no charge to you.

We will NEVER ask you to sign a contract.  You should always feel secure that your Florida home is getting the best possible attention.  If our home watch services don't fit your needs, you need to be able to walk away without any difficulty.   We have no problem earning your business every month.

In addition to the specific needs of your property, we will perform the following on each visit:

Exterior
Walk the entire perimeter to check for water, pest, landscaping, irrigation or unusual noise (pool pumps. HVAC etc) problems.

Interior
Check HVAC (to your specifications), water tank, refrigerators, freezers, run garbage disposals, check sinks, drains, commodes, and all window and door locks. Also look for water leaks, pests activity, and that all doors and windows are secure.

If we notice a cloudy pool, shaggy lawn, tree branches hanging on your home, or any other situations specific to one of your custom requests we will immediately notify you and send pictures of the concern.  We will always contact you first and only contact your vendor in an emergency situation when you cannot be reached.

Rates & Billing

Our rates are billed monthly after services have been rendered.  We offer a 10% good-neighbor discount for homes in close proximity to each other or homes recommended by a current client.

We pro-rate for partial months and invoice and accept payment electronically.
